Conference Secretary Contract Full Time

Based in Bury and the rate is £10.41ph PAYE

Our client is looking for a Conference Secretary. To be part of team that works across functionality. The business support service provides a fully comprehensive support service for the Social Work teams, Early Help and Education non-school based teams. It is anticipated that the role will be a mixture of office and home based working.

The successful candidate must be highly committed team member, resilient, adaptable, and positive and a solution focused person who shares our ethos, cares about children and young people. Will have excellent IT, communication and organisational skills and enjoys working in a busy and varied environment. They will have the ability to prioritise tasks and able to work to deadlines, whilst maintaining a professional approach and work with different stakeholders.

Experience of working in admin roles and minute taking is preferable. They will need to be numerate, literate, punctual and pro-active.
