CPO Officer needed in Barnet, £75.45ph PAYE – Reference: OR115597

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Land & Property professional to support a major regeneration programme. We are seeking a specialist consultant to provide strategic oversight, assurance, and coordination across a range of complex land and property workstreams.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing Compulsory Purchase Order (CPO) activities, overseeing land and property matters, and ensuring the successful delivery of critical programme objectives.
