Complaints Officer needed in London £22ph ref 426256

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

Experience of conducting impartial and objective investigations into complex and sensitive issues, and analysing and interpreting large amounts of written and verbal information.

• Good customer services experience and the ability to communicate at a high level both verbally and in writing.
• Experience liaising with the Ombudsman regarding being complaints investigated against the Council
• Minimum 3 years experience in a related discipline
