Community lawyer needed on Cardiff £22.56ph ref 1124931
To undertake legal work within the relevant functional area and to advise on legal matters; to act on the Client’s instructions as a Solicitor; and where necessary and appropriate to represent the Client in Court and at Tribunals, hearings and inquiries.
The relevant functional area is Community, and the caseload consists of child care and related areas including advice, preparation of applications to Court for orders, representing the Client, preparing cases and interviewing witnesses, drafting papers in connection with proceedings and statements and legal work necessary for the performance of the Team’s functions.
