They will demonstrate strong capability in evaluating commercial income opportunities, protecting value, shaping Best Value approaches, and providing confident negotiation guidance. They will produce high‑quality recommendations and a comprehensive final handover report, ensuring the assignment delivers measurable commercial clarity, direction, and impact.
