Clerk Of Works – Electrical needed in London £21.65ph PAYE – Reference:442602

This role will involve:

• To represent the Head of PAM as an expert spokesperson on issues related to lift engineering services and associated works programmes.
• To carry out the relevant inspections, as agreed by the service and contract managers on a monthly basis or as and when required. The inspections will over both planned, repairs and servicing of lifts.
• To physically check the quantities of lift works against the AMP (Agreed maximum price) on valuations, and per SCA (Sectional Commencement Agreement) and sign off as correct.
• To work with the Electrical Service Manager on the financial control and monitoring of Housing revenue and Capital budgets allocated for lift maintenance and renewal/replacements

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
