Civil Enforcement Officer needed in Harlow Paying  £15.97 per hr ref 21671

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol and enforce parking regulations across designated areas to ensure safe, effective parking management.
• Issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) in line with legislation, procedures and traffic orders.
• Attend adjudication hearings or court as required to present evidence.
• Report defects such as damaged lines, signs or equipment to the Operations Manager promptly.
• Maintain all equipment in good working order, including handheld devices and uniforms.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times, including relevant risk assessments.
• Read and respond to internal and external communications as needed.
• Support colleagues positively and uphold the organisation’s staff charter and values.
• Ensure full compliance with data protection policies to handle personal data safely and securely.
• Contribute to consistent and high‑quality service delivery by following all corporate policies.
