Childcare Legal Assistant Full Time Temporary

Childcare Legal Assistant needed in Swindon, £24.80ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1310565

Legal Assistant within the Adults and Childrens legal team. You will work closely with solicitors to advise and represent social workers in both Adults and Childrens Services. You will assist the client in all of its safeguarding functions in a diverse and interesting area of law that continues to develop and advance in a wide range of applications touching the lives of adults and children in the Swindon Borough.

You will be working with a team of solicitors, legal assistants and supported by business support officers as required. It is expected that the post holder will be able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure and deal with the varied and fast-paced work of Adult and Children law.

This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
