Cemetary & Crematorium Manager needed in Uxbridge Paying  £215.34 per day ref 1681186

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Lead and manage operational teams across the crematorium, cemeteries, and bereavement services.
• Ensure all services are delivered with dignity, sensitivity, and professionalism.
• Oversee cremations, burials, memorial services, and grounds maintenance.
• Ensure full compliance with cremation legislation, environmental regulations, health & safety, and industry codes of practice.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and service performance targets.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality service standards and customer care.
• Support families, funeral directors, clergy, and community partners with clear and empathetic communication.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities, ensuring safe, efficient, and environmentally responsible operations.
• Lead staff training, development, and performance management.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives and long‑term planning.
