Hybrid role
To be responsible for a dedicated category of spend as instructed by the Senior Category Manager. Ensuring strategic objectives of value for money and outcomes are met.
To be achieved by working with strategic partners in controlling expenditure, through the adoption of a strategic category management approach for the whole of the procurement and contract duration/life cycle.
To take instruction to lead on supplier and contract management activities across a number of key commodities and services, providing commercial challenge across those areas.
Full time hours on a temporary basis.
