The successful candidate will provide knowledge, understanding and execution of installation, repairs and maintenance, inspection of equipment of operational buildings, features and fittings within housing managed stock and infrastructure and be responsible for completing a range of Repair & Maintenance work to a professional standard and highly productive level, acting with minimum supervision and a large degree of self-management.
