This role will involve:
As a caretaker they’ll be responsible for all caretaking maintenance tasks on a variety of contracts including, but not limited to, clearing litter, fly tipping, cleaning of graffiti, garden clearance and general maintenance.
The post holder will largely be working outside our properties but there may be occasions where they’ll be caretaking on balconies and in corridors alongside the occasional garage clearance, there may be some heavy lifting required.
This is a Full time role on a permanent contract basis.
