Capital Project Surveyor needed in Esher £316.63  per day ref RQ653331

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

• Work with the Senior Asset Surveyor to prepare and monitor planned maintenance budgets along with specific projects and major works.
• Plan, co-ordinate, execute, and manage delivery of major and minor works across the operational estate and housing company to ensure that they meet the required objectives for time, quality and value for money.
• Deliver pro-active, professional and customer focused quality surveying services for all properties to ensure that the land and property assets are fit for purpose
• To ensure that the surveying activities are delivered in accordance with policies and relevant legislative requirements. This includes looking at all sustainability issues and obtaining funding.
