Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• • Develop and implement business development strategies to expand services and revenue streams.
  • Identify and secure new partnerships, contracts, and funding opportunities.
  • Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure skills and capacity meet current and future needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design training and development programs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior leadership.
