Business Support Officer based in Bournemouth and the rate is £10.19 per day PAYE
This is a full time temporary contract role.

This role will involve:
- Assisting in the provision of home to school transport for pupils who are eligible under policy.
- Assisting in the provision of information to parents and schools together with the allocation of places to children in schools.
- Providing a support service for other members of the team.
- Providing support generally to senior staff.
- Supporting arrangements for admissions including writing letters and maintaining databases.
- General filing and opening, logging and distribution of section mail.
- Issuing application forms and answering general queries over the telephone, in person and in writing.
- Input and checking of computer data.
- To comply with all decisions, policies and standing orders of the client and any relevant statutory requirements, including the Equality Act, the Health and Safety at Work Act and Data Protection Act
- To have regard to the provision of Health and Safety legislation, the Equal Opportunities and other key policies and corporate/directorate Aims, Values and Objectives when discharging the duties of the post
- Any other duties as may be required from time to time.
