Business Manager needed in Chichester £21.19ph PAYE – Reference:RQ420588
The role of the Business Manager for Children, Young People and Learning is pivotal, supporting the Service Manager for Business Support and the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that an effective, efficient and professional service is delivered at all times.
The post holder will manage and coordinate the Team and business support arrangements for the services.
The post holder will ensure that the priorities set in terms of senior stakeholder work, Ofsted coordination, Improvement Board and statutory compliance are all met to the highest standard.
In addition the post holder will be responsible for writing key reports and strategies for the department responding to central and local government calls for response.
They will provide a link between performance, finance and operations on key business activities.
This will include advising and supporting the financial and business aspects of existing and proposed service models, reporting monthly, including commercial aspects, analysing and interpreting complex data, in order to inform business decisions, provision of reports and recommendations, supporting risk management and monitoring of service performance.
This is working Full time hours on a temporary contract basis
