Business centre Officer needed in Nottingham ref 8241

Full time hours on a temporary basis.

1. To provide a comprehensive and flexible support service across the Directorate performing duties within the provision of facilities maintenance and customer service. This service will include dealing effectively with a range of tasks and enquiries including, but not limited to:

1. Performing and assisting with repairs, cleaning and other maintenance duties
2. Acting as a duty holder, responsible for Health and Safety and Security checks
3. Liaising with tenants, contractors and other internal and external departments
4. Vacant property marketing – responding to queries / enquiries
5. Delivering site inductions for new tenants
6. Maintaining property records and files
