Assistant Service Manager Contract Full Time

Assistant Service Manager needed in Barnsley £16.71 per hr PAYE – Reference: 0005 A77F / 1

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis 

This role will involve:

The role will be to work alongside the Service Manager and assisting in the continued delivery of efficient and effective core services offered by Neighbourhood Services.

• Preparing weekly workload and labour deployment programmes, including the allocation of vehicles and plant to meet service and business requirements, whilst maximising operational efficiencies.
• Complete quality audits within each team, including monitoring on site to ensure that all scheduled and reactive work is completed.
• Undertake performance management, complex data analysis and interpretation, promoting quality service delivery and continuous improvement contributing to the achievement of the key performance indicators outlined in the service delivery plan.
• Use ICT solutions to deliver existing services, including the completion of electronic records to support new services and initiatives.
• To carry out risk assessments, investigate and report incidents/accidents and ensure the health and safety of all staff and resources within the service in accordance with relevant protocols and legislation.
