Area Neighbourhood Caretaker

Area Neighbourhood Caretaker needed in Birmingham Paying  £13 per hr ref 470820

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily health and safety checks across low-rise and high-rise buildings
• Undertake cleaning duties in communal areas, ensuring a high standard is maintained at all times
• Perform litter picking and general estate cleaning
• Manage rubbish removal and item clearances, including bulky waste
• Conduct regular fly-tipping inspections and ensure prompt clearance
• Operate a tipper vehicle to transport waste and materials as required
• Carry out grounds maintenance, including cutting back vegetation and managing overgrowth in open areas
• Report maintenance issues and health and safety concerns promptly
