Anti-Social behaviour Officer needed in Bridgwater Paying  £18.85 per hr ref 5302284

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of anti-social behaviour complaints from initial report through to resolution.
  • Investigate reports of nuisance, harassment, intimidation, noise complaints, environmental issues, and tenancy breaches.
  • Gather, assess, and present evidence to support enforcement action where necessary.
  • Conduct interviews with complainants, alleged perpetrators, and witnesses.
  • Carry out risk assessments and provide appropriate support to vulnerable residents.
  • Develop and implement action plans to resolve ASB cases effectively.
  • Work in partnership with the police, local authorities, social services, legal teams, and community organisations.
  • Prepare legal documentation and attend court hearings, injunction proceedings, and possession actions when required.
  • Maintain accurate case records, correspondence, and management reports.
  • Promote early intervention, mediation, and preventative measures to reduce anti-social behaviour.
  • Ensure compliance with housing legislation, ASB policies, and safeguarding procedures.
  • Participate in estate inspections and community engagement activities.
