Administrator needed in Bolton, £13.74ph PAYE – Reference: 000B 3585 / 1
- Provide general administrative duties and support, including filing, record Keeping and document management, this includes handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Accurately input, Update, and maintain intelligence data in the IDB system in compliance with security protocols. Verify and cross-check data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- To handle verbal and written customer enquiries and complaints in line with policies and procedures and ensure they are responded to promptly and effectively within service policy timelines
- Organise and categories’ Intelligence reports for easy retrieval and analysis, assist in generating reports and summaries from the IDB system as required, following strict confidentiality and data protection guidelines
- To support and maintain the use of information systems and databases, recording and supplying relevant information as required.
- Support regulatory services with data request and IDB system trouble shooting
- Maintain logs and track intelligence submissions and updates
- To work effectively with other team members and develop internal and external customer relationships to help support and improve the efficiency of the team
- Undertake any other duties that are commensurate with the grading for the post.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
