This role will involve:
The role will involve answering the phone to people who use the service, other professionals and providers. The post holder will need to have a sensitive and appropriate telephone manner and the individual will need not to be easily phased by individuals ringing in asking for help who may be unwell or stressed by their situation. There may be the need to cover reception duties when required. They may also be asked to minute meetings but these are not frequent at this time. There is a degree of data entry and records management but they will receive training and support in this area if required.
