Customer Service Advisor needed in Birmingham £9.30 per hr PAYE – Reference:361125
This role will involve
manage calls from residence that are reporting their missed collections as well as log and take payment from residents who wish to renew their green waste subscriptions or create a new account for green waste collections.
Working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. With a 15 minute break and 30 minute lunch break – both unpaid.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
