We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Support Officer to join our Business Support Team within the Taxi Licensing Service. We are looking for a person who can help us prepare paper files ready to be transferred over to a new Electronic Document Management system. As part of the role you will be required to: – • Lift paper files at various sizes and weight • Prepare paper files ready for uploading on to new Electronic Document Management system • Box up paper files and getting them ready for collection, so they can be sent away to be scanned • Archive files, based on retention time frames You must also have: – • Good ICT skills with an attention to detail • Flexible, be a self-motivator, likes a challenge and work to required timescales No DBS is required for this role. This role will be office based in Cradley Heath, however there may be occasions that you could work from home.
