M&E Compliance Manager NEEDED IN NORTH London for permanent basis. Ref 428379

We are looking to recruit a M&E and Compliance manager, to guide our newly formed M&E Compliance team. For this role you must be able to demonstrate substantial experience of managing landlord compliance in housing organisation. As the manager of a newly formed team, you must act as a mentor to ensure all team members are supported to build on the performance improvements, we have delivered over the last twelve months and to ensure we continue to deliver continuous improvement. As manager you will be required to work colligatively with colleagues across the Resident Safety department and wider housing regeneration directorate, to support the delivery of the asset, building safety and sustainability strategies, ensuring that our homes are safe, secure and sustainable.
