Administrator needed in Plymouth, £11.18ph PAYE – Reference: RQ1038389
The role as a Business Support Officer within Revenues and Benefits is to take inbound calls from members of the public about Council Tax and Housing Benefit, and make outbound calls to complete applications for vulnerable or digitally excluded customers.
Officers are expected to be able to view the customers account on our systems, handle and process customers requests providing clear information to our customers. Not all enquiries will be resolved during the call so call handlers will also be expected to provide information about how to access our services and explain the requirements to produce evidence to support applications and signpost to other services where necessary.
This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
