Facilities Administrator needed in Lincoln £10.71ph PAYE – Reference: 358414
Monday to Thursday 0830 – 1630, Friday 0830 – 1600
Supporting the Facilities Services Helpdesk by co-ordinating activities including
a. Monitor the facilities services mailbox for repair, maintenance and caretaker requests along with taking telephone calls and responding to emails.
b. Initiate work tasks via Concept Evolution software.
c. Assigning work to internal members of staff and external contractors.
d. Establish and maintain a working relationship with service providers and other agencies relating to contractual matters always ensuring that the interests of the company are maintained to a high standard.
e. Ensure the prioritisation of repairs and maintenance requests
f. Generating purchase orders for the work to be undertaken.
g. Receipting when works have bene completed.
h. Actively monitoring task progress and chase up completion as applicable.
This is a full time role on a temporary basis.
