Maintenance Surveyor Contract Full Time

Maintenance Surveyor based in Kensington and the rate is £19.85 per hr

This is a full time temporary contract role.

• Voids refurbishment surveyor needs to specify voids and to ensure contractors and in-house are DLO are working to meet the targets to handover the property.
• Monitor quality of the voids and ensure the voids standard is met
• Work using a handheld device to spec a void room by room and ensure photos are taken during all inspection upto post inspection
