HR Analyst based in Barking and the hourly rate is starting at £25.00ph PAYE
This is a full time temporary contract role.

The HR Analyst will support the effective delivery of transformation activities and work on distinct projects and reports. In particular, the post will be responsible for supporting the data collection, analysis, interrogation, and reporting required by each of the projects, particularly equalities and diversity, employee engagement, and sickness absence management.
This will involve working closely with HR/OD colleagues and others across the council and liaison with stakeholders responsible for service delivery and general operational management. They will also support the COVID-19 workforce response by attending the HR/OD Bronze Group, organising information, plans, guidance and recording decision-making.
