Local Land Charges Administrator needed Swindon

The rate is £14.39ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will comply with statutory requirements of The Local Land Charges Register and the register of village greens and common land by maintaining and updating manual and electronic entries.

They will interpret the search requests and ensure the correct area is identified by manual and electronic processes and will respond to questions in connection with the register or search request from the legal profession, members of the public and their agents.
