Receptionist / Administration Officer needed in Wakefield
The rate is £12.18ph PAYE

The successful candidate will need excellent customer care and communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team or independently using own initiative.
Duties include – Minute Taking at various multi-agency meetings, reception duties, dealing with telephone calls from members of the public and internal colleagues, room bookings, financial tasks and general administrative tasks to support our senior managers and social work teams and other professionals, which includes regularly updating social care recording system.
Due to the nature of these roles, it is essential that you are fully aware of all aspects of data protection and confidentiality as you will be working in an environment dealing with extremely sensitive and emotive information on a daily basis including information relating to the abuse and injuries to children and young people.
