Wet Trade Operative needed in SE London   

This is a temporary contract paying £21.66ph PAYE

The successful candidate will be demonstrating excellent operational skills whilst providing skilled workmanship within the building trades as part of a multidisciplinary team maintaining, servicing and improving the housing and property stock.

They will self-manage work within the requirements of the delivery; liaising with customers to enable the smooth running and completion of each job, providing diagnoses and making recommendations regarding the remedial work required to defects and will provide a high quality and excellent level of service to the residents focused on achieving required turnaround in accordance with targets and to required standard.
