Voids Maintenance Officer needed in Kensington

The rate is £20.86ph PAYE

The successful candidate will need to have a clean, valid licence and hands on repairs or maintenance experience.

The main aspects of the role will involve being out visiting properties, recording meter readings and carrying out lock changes but there will also be some administrative tasks
