Traffic Engineer

Traffic Engineer needed in Gloucester, £26.62ph PAYE – Reference: 5294284

You must hold a current, full driving licence which is valid for driving in the UK.
You will be expected to undertake out of hours duties infrequently.

• In this role, you will manage and deliver traffic engineering projects from design to procurement and construction.
• You will produce that designs and contract documents that are in accordance with standards and guidelines.
• You will be the designer and supervise other colleagues in producing engineering solutions for both urban and rural environments, that will improve road safety and infrastructure for walking, cycling and buses.
• You will provide solutions applying relevant standards, innovation and give cost effectiveness.
• As required, you will undertake the role of site supervisor and/or the NEC4 PM during the construction phase.
• You will ensure that health and safety regulations are applied to all projects including the CDM Regulations 2015.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
