Traffic Engineer

Traffic Engineer needed in Gloucester Paying  £29.62 per hr ref 5294284

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver traffic engineering schemes from concept through to construction.
• Produce detailed designs, drawings and contract documentation in line with industry standards.
• Lead on engineering design and supervise colleagues in developing safe, innovative and cost‑effective transport solutions.
• Deliver improvements for road safety, walking, cycling and bus infrastructure.
• Apply relevant design standards and use innovation to enhance project quality and efficiency.
• Act as Site Supervisor or NEC4 Project Manager during construction phases as required.
• Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations, including CDM Regulations 2015.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and partners to ensure project objectives are met.
