Technical Surveyor needed in Grays Paying  £36.61 per hr ref OR19016

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property surveys and inspections to identify defects, disrepair, and compliance issues.
• Prepare detailed reports, specifications, and schedules of work.
• Advise on building maintenance, repairs, and improvement works.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and building regulations.
• Liaise with contractors, residents, and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Manage budgets and monitor project progress where required.
