Technical Licensing Officer needed in Essex Paying  £17.38 per hr ref OR20500

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Licence Processing & Case Management

  • Review, assess, and determine licence applications in line with the Housing Act 2004.
  • Manage a varied caseload using digital systems, ensuring timely processing and audit-ready records. 

• Compliance, Inspection & Enforcement

  • Apply housing legislation; support inspections and enforcement to address non-compliance.
  • Provide guidance to landlords, tenants, and partner agencies. 

• Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Produce compliance and performance reports.
