Technical Compliance Officer

Technical Compliance Officer needed in Shrewsbury Paying  £21.47 per hr ref 1638248

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, monitor, and update service contract specifications in line with current legislation and PSG contract documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, audits, inspections, and compliance actions.
• Oversee and ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Ensure regular inspections and testing of plant, systems, and equipment are carried out, and that contractor works meet servicing specifications.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance and safety practices.
• Investigate incidents and non-compliance issues, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Prepare detailed reports on compliance status and highlight any issues identified.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure integrated compliance efforts.
• Support the reactive maintenance team by providing appropriate cover when needed.
