The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing qualified agency workers in response to fluctuating staffing demands while driving initiatives that encourage the transition of temporary workers into permanent roles.

The role requires strategic collaboration with hiring managers, HR, procurement teams, and external managed service providers (MSPs) to ensure agency recruitment is compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with workforce planning goals.
