This is a temporary contract initially paying £14.80ph PAYE

The successful candidate will facilitate, observe, and accurately record supervised contact sessions between children in care and their family members, ensuring each interaction takes place in a safe, supportive, and emotionally appropriate environment.

They will maintain a neutral, professional presence throughout, actively monitoring behaviour and dynamics, intervening when necessary to prevent unsafe or inappropriate interactions. They will produce clear, detailed written observations to support court proceedings and social care decision‑making, contributing to assessments that may influence future care planning
