Strategic Property Surveyor needed in Grays Paying  £46.07 per hr ref OR21363

Full time hours on a temporary basis

This role involves delivering professional estate management services, including valuations, property transactions, lease negotiations, and landlord/tenant matters. The postholder will support the development and implementation of long‑term asset strategies, ensuring properties are used efficiently, compliant with legislation, and aligned with organisational objectives. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, the surveyor will provide expert advice on acquisitions, disposals, regeneration opportunities, and the overall performance of the estate.
