Strategic Head of Asset Management needed in West London Paying  £545.78 per day ref 5287342

Full time hours on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a long‑term asset management strategy covering housing stock, corporate buildings, and specialist properties.
• Lead on compliance, quality assurance, and regulatory standards including H&S, building safety, and environmental performance.
• Drive strategic investment planning, ensuring value for money and effective prioritisation of capital works.
• Oversee stock condition surveys, data integrity, and asset performance modelling.
• Build strong partnerships with stakeholders, contractors, and senior leaders across the organisation.
• Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams including asset management, repairs, compliance, and capital delivery.
• Provide expert advice to executive leadership, members, and corporate boards.
• Support transformation programmes and digital initiatives to enhance asset insight, reporting, and service delivery.
• Ensure assets contribute to sustainability, decarbonisation programmes, and long‑term financial resilience.
• Oversee procurement, contract management and performance frameworks for asset‑related services.
