Stock Condition Surveyor

Stock Condition Surveyor needed in Bury Paying  £18. per hr ref 22438

Full time hours on a temporary basis

• Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake internal and external stock condition surveys of residential properties
  • Assess building components including kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, windows, doors, and building services
  • Collect, record, and validate accurate property data using handheld devices or asset management systems
  • Identify defects, health and safety risks, and compliance issues
  • Provide clear recommendations for repairs, maintenance, and planned works
  • Support the development of stock investment and planned maintenance programmes
  • Liaise professionally with residents, contractors, and internal teams
  • Ensure surveys are completed in line with agreed standards and timescales
  • Maintain accurate records and produce reports as required
  • Work independently, managing your own workload and site visits
