Solicitor (Property) Ref ESCC6818

An experienced solicitor with knowledge and experience of property law and practice, having previously handled a full and varied caseload. Essential areas of practice will include Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, care and conduct of the grant of leases to and from the Council, acquisition, disposal, exchange, creation of legal charges, surrenders, assignments, licences, grants of easement and modification or release of covenant.

This is a Full time role on a temporary contract basis.
