Service Lead – Projects needed in Newbury
This is a temporary role and the rate is £387.96 per day

The successful candidate will lead the Projects Service within the Transformation, Customer & ICT Department. they will contribute to the delivery of the strategy, vision and values and where appropriate lead on the development of projects, policy and strategy at service level to achieve these strategic aims and will provide strategic advice to the Service Director, Executive Director, Members and Corporate Board on all areas of responsibility.
They will provide effective leadership and management of the team and as a member of the Transformation, Customer & ICT Departmental Management Team; to contribute to the management and direction of the service area including contributing to the implementation, monitoring and review of the Transformation, Customer & ICT Service Plan.
To effectively lead and manage the Transformation Department, ensuring delivery of the relevant strategic and service objectives set out in the annual service plan and ensuring strong and effective resource management within the team.
