The successful candidate will be working within the Estates, Facilities and Regeneration division in the Place Directorate, the Senior Valuation Surveyor will contribute to the Directorate’s vision to achieve the highest possible professional and customer service standards, ensuring that these are consistently maintained, to facilitate the achievement of all relevant service and business objectives, in compliance with legislation, policy and Government regulations.

They will undertake tasks relating to the management of the General Fund and HRA property portfolios including but not exclusive to property management, property valuation strategic asset work, rent reviews, lease renewals and statutory valuations.
