Senior Solicitor (HYBRID)

Senior Solicitor (HYBRID) needed in Flintshire £185.96 per day PAYE – Reference: OR111581

Min. one day per week in the office needed plus service needs from time to time.

• Managing a team of legal experts – “Places team” – who provide advice and legal services in the following areas: Property Law / Conveyancing, Planning and Highways.   
• Ensuring efficient and effective delivery of these services.  
• To personally provide legal advice and services to the client in one or more of those specialisms (which must include commercial property transactions, freehold and leasehold).  
• Attending Committees and Board Meetings to provide advice and support the good governance.
• To provide supervision and mentoring to team members, appraisal and all aspect of day-to-day line management of a team of eight legal experts.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
