Full time hours on a temporary basis

• About the Role:
  We are seeking a qualified Solicitor to join our legal team, focusing on corporate procurement contracts and major projects. You will manage complex legal casework, including drafting, vetting, and negotiating contracts, and advising on procurement law, contract law, construction law, and preferably PFI.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice and conduct negotiations on large-scale commercial and procurement projects.
  • Draft and complete contracts, tender documents, and related legal documentation.
  • Advise on contract standing orders, financial regulations, and legal constraints.
  • Support the establishment and governance of legal entities such as CICs, charities, and joint ventures.
  • Draft and vet constitutions, articles of association, and other governance documents.
