Senior Safety & Resilience Officer needed in Rugby

This is a temporary role and the hourly rate is £17.59ph PAYE

The successful candidate will support in delivering safe, compliant and high-quality waste and recycling services. The postholder will ensure that all operations meet statutory health and safety requirements and council policies, while actively promoting a positive safety culture across frontline services.

They will ensure compliance with all relevant UK health and safety legislation, including the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 and associated regulations (e.g. COSHH, RIDDOR, Management Regulations)
