Senior Planning Officer needed in St Albans

This is a temporary role and the rate is £35.21ph PAYE

The successful candidate will have significant experience dealing with small scale majors, complex minor applications and complex householders.  They will expect them to be able to demonstrate similar work done including understanding Green Belt policy and to be able to wok confidently independently.  The need to demonstrate a track record of high performance and ability to adapt to different application types.
